Hi, I’m Jasmine

My journey into healing and spirituality began at a time when life felt like it was falling apart. My beloved grandma was diagnosed with cancer, I was struggling to conceive, and after finally falling pregnant, I experienced the heartbreak of miscarriage. As if that wasn’t enough, my relationship broke down through betrayal, and even in my role as a wellbeing consultant, I felt stuck — frustrated that despite my best efforts, I wasn’t seeing lasting change in the people I supported.

It was during this time, amid grief, loss, and frustration, that I felt a quiet but persistent nudge to sign up for a women’s Power Within course. That decision became the spark for a profound spiritual awakening and the beginning of a deeper healing journey — one that led me back to myself.

With a background in psychology and counselling (BSc) and credentials as an accredited Associate Coach with the ICF, a PSYCH-K® practitioner, and a Reiki and sound healer, I now integrate science, intuitive wisdom, and natural healing in my work. I’m also currently completing my MSc in Coaching Psychology at the University of Chichester because I believe true wellness happens when we bring together evidence-based approaches, ancient healing practices, and the intelligence of nature.

Today, I help others reconnect with their power, heal from within, and step into the life they’re meant to live — grounded, whole, and free.


My Approach

Wellness isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey. I believe it’s a lifelong process of learning how to care for your mind, body, and emotional health with the right tools, supportive practices, and a healthy dose of self-compassion.

My approach combines both science-backed coaching psychology and holistic healing practices — because I know lasting change comes from working with both the mind and body.

  • For the Body: I offer Reiki energy healing, sound therapy, and somatic practices designed to help release tension, regulate the nervous system, and support emotional healing.

  • For the Mind: I draw on life coaching, mindset work, cognitive reframing, and self-compassion approaches to help you strengthen your mindset, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and build emotional resilience.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to empowerment and accountability. I help you become your own guide — learning how to feel your feelings instead of suppressing them, knowing when and how to use tools that genuinely support your wellbeing, and making empowered choices that align with who you are.

I believe wellness should be accessible to everyone. That’s why I offer 1-to-1 sessions (in-person or online), group workshops, and programmes. I also work in schools and colleges, delivering mindset and wellbeing courses that equip students with lifelong tools for positive mental health.
